I am posting this recipe because we liked it. I tried to pin it but there weren't any pictures to pin, so hopefully I can pin it from the blog.
Mushroom Sauteed Chicken

"This dish is one my husband requests at least once a week. I make this for company because the look and taste seems like you cooked all day, but it only take 45 minutes to cook. You can use boneless chicken breast, tenderloins or boneless thighs and still have great results."

Ingredients

    • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/3 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
    • 1 cup green onions, sliced
    • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 cup drained canned mushrooms
    • 3/4 cup chicken broth
    • 1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Pound each chicken breast to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper on wax paper.
  3. Coat chicken well with flour mixture; set aside.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter.
  5. Saute garlic, green onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  7. Place chicken in skillet; cook for 5 minutes per side.
  8. Add broth and soup to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
  9. Return mushroom mixture to skillet and reduce heat to low.
  10. Simmer stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve immediately over egg noodles.

This month was very fun filled, although I'm not going to take the time to type it all out when I'm just going to write it in our journals anyway. Lazy, I know..... Right now I'm just hoping we got pictures of everything. Ethan gave a wonderful talk in primary! You can't tell in this picture, but he is SO mad! Kurt wanted to get a picture of him in his church clothes holding a picture from his talk, but when Kurt got home we had already changed..... So, Heaven forbid, kurt actually asked Ethan to put his white shirt and tie on!!! From Ethan's reaction you'd have thought he asked him to throw his bike in the garbage. I had to resort to so pretty extreme measures to get this smile, I believe the phrase I used was 'stinky butt'.

Ethan wanted to be like his dad and wax his nose. I only put a tiny bit on there, but I'm pretty sure he'll never ask for it again.

Movie fort!!! Pizza and a movie, Love this!!

My 26th birthday. Kurt surprised me with the pie of all pies. It was a double lemon cream from marie callenders. So good!! Plus, ethan made me a card that mentioned how he loves me even though I yell a lot, they made me a flower arrangement for my table with my wonderful Mother in law, I got a pretty blue box, and a basketball hoop!!

Rox is looking a little bored, don't you think?

Hogle zoo with the beautiful Stella. We love her and her parents so stinkin much!!

We didn't even put them up to this, this was their reaction to seeing each other.

This too. The funny thing is they did this same thing last year.

Ethan ate this apple and was very proud of himself.

I love this sequence of photo's, Seth's attempt at picking up chicks.
